Two Worlds Collide

Updated: May 13, 2023

The 10th chapter of Acts is not only the greatest chapter in Acts, but in the entire bible. Why? Because it is in this chapter that God opened the door to the Gentiles for the gospel of Jesus Christ. Cornelius and his household were saved when God commanded Peter to their house to preach salvation in Christ. Which showed us the sovereignty of God in salvation. We learned that it's not just a mere knowledge of God that saves, but repentance through faith in Christ. We also learned how God shows no partiality. Every nation, race, culture is open to the gospel. And, as Acts 4:12 says, it only in the name of Jesus Christ that a person can be saved
